This is the Anime Fanlistings Network
approved fanlisting for the character Kishu Arashi (Kishuu Arashi) from the manga and anime series
X (X/1999) by CLAMP. It is also the fanlisting for all incarnations of Arashi from
the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle manga and Tsubasa Chronicle anime series. To learn

According to TAFL, a fanlisting is

The name of the site comes from the meaning of Arashi's name, which is "storm" or "tempest."
